Domestic shipping
Stand ground delivery within 4-5 days is guaranteed within USA. Currently not shipped overseas. However, we are trying to export overseas in a short time.
Return & Refund
During the COVID-19 crisis, our product purchased on the website can only be returned if the product has been damaged during shipment. To request a Return Shipment Notice (RSN), forward your order confirmation e-mail to info@lggingsdepotusa.com within 7 days of when the product was delivered. Returns without an RSN will not be accepted.
We will provide shipping instructions based on location. The product should be packed in the original packaging, if available, or in a shipping container appropriate for the size, weight, and condition of the product. Each return will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Our team reserves the right to provide disposition that is appropriate for the return request.
Once a return has been authorized, the customer will receive a credit or refund for the product and any agreed-upon costs associated.
Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
